Cavenzi is really cheating people with their so called warranty which has tricks on it. As for my case, I bought a leather sofa for RM1800 after 70% on August 2010 at Cavenzi TESCO Plentong. Just after 1 year the so called leather started peeling. Please check the pics below. I called Cavenzi Store & they said the warranty only covers frame & cushion. Peeling is not! And I have to pay to repair. All three sets (3+2+1) already had this problems. It looks as though I bought cheap PU type quality sofa. Now I need to buy a new set of sofa & have to throw this out coz repairing costs more than 1K at sofa repairing shops which I don't think the leather may last. If it doesn't peel then it will crack. Don't get cheated by their display set which is different compared to the one that would be sent to you. So much lower quality.
Saya berharap jika sesiapa yang menghadapi masalah begini, tolong kongsi di blog ini. Saya dah cuba cari dalam web dan terdapat ramai yang menghadapi masalah dengan perabut Cavenzi yang harganya mahal tetapi qualiti yang tersangat teruk. Jangan tertipu dengan sofa atau perabut di bilik pameran sebab bila terima barang, qualitinya lain.

saya bayar 4799 utk full leather seperti mana yg di promotekan hari booking ! tiba2 nk hntr pu leather! mmg sangat penipu! mana ada pu leather 4799....mmg bangang punya bisnes...no wonder la buka sekejap dah tutup...byk kes tipu..memang kene boikot!!!!
ReplyDeleteBetul tu.... I sekarang dah serik dengan "so-called" leather .... Sekarang guna Fella fabrik sofa dah lebih 2 tahun. Ok tapi senang kotor dan kena cuci selepas beberapa bulan.
